Last semester, we established a new protocol for signing students up for Soccer Club via Google Forms to help us maintain accurate attendance. This is in addition to the registration on the physical paper waiver form. We need the waiver only once per year, but we still need accurate attendance.
Moving forward, we ask that parents sign their kids up once PER MONTH. They will remain on the attendance list for the entire month. They do not have to attend every week, but they must be on the list for that month in order to attend.
